This website and The International Law Society Europe are activities of Charon Holding B.V. in Amsterdam, the Netherlands, registered with the Chamber of Commerce at Amsterdam under dossier number 34187014 (referred to in this policy as “ILSE”).

The conditions under which the website is provided are listed below. By visiting the website, you agree to be bound by these conditions.

These conditions, their subject matter and their formation are governed by the laws of the Netherlands. You agree that the courts of the Netherlands shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear any disputes which may arise in relation to these conditions and/or your use of this website.
