This is the website of The International Law Society Europe. This website is intended to serve as an open platform for the sharing of knowledge and experience in relation to international and cross-border legal matters within Europe.
It is the editorial board's hope that this website will serve as a guide for company and other lawyers, as well as others involved in international legal matters. First and foremost, it has done by publishing the texts of a large number of international treaties and regulations on this website or by making them available through it. All of the treaties and regulations are annotated with the aim of helping you, the reader, to gain some insight into their scope of application, operation and application.
In addition, this website offers you the opportunity to publish articles. If you wish to publish an article, you will need to click on the button, "Publish an Article". The readers of this website are also afforded an opportunity to comment on those articles which have been published.
